Thank you for your interest in applying to attend one of our courses. The application process is simple, but not automatic. We hold group courses if we have a minimum of two students and a maximum of six students that have applied for and paid for a course. To ensure this minimum, we begin by collecting some information to enable us to communicate with you, discuss the time slot that interests you, evaluate the level of instruction you have chosen, and determined the method by which you are able to pay. If it is determined that you are able to pay online, we will send you a link to our site where you can make a payment in US Dollars, Euros, Canadian Dollars, or Australian Dollars. For other currencies, we are able to provide other methods of making payment either through transfers, or various third parties.
After we (Meet, Speak & Learn and the applicant) have agreed to a time slot for the course, agreed on the method of payment, and determined the appropriate level of instructions, we will provide you with information on how to pay or a link to our online payment system.
The next step will be to provide you with a URL on which you can attend our course. Usually, we conduct courses through Zoom Meetings, but we are open to using other online meeting applications if we believe it will better serve our students.
In the section below, you will see a form we use to collect basic information that will assist us in determining the best time slots available to you, how to communicate with you, probable mechanisms for making payment, and the language of instruction for the course. In some cases, we are able to offer instruction for students using their native language.
